Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") outline the rules and regulations for the services and courses offered by Blossom Beautie Academy. By booking an appointment, signing up for a course, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully. 

  1. Booking and Appointment Policies

1.1 Appointments: 

All appointments are subject to availability. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance. 

1.2 Confirmation: 

Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please check the confirmation to ensure all details are correct. 

1.3 Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to either shorten the service or reschedule the appointment. Full service charges will still apply. 

1.4 Course Eligibility 

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in our courses unless otherwise stated for specific programs. 

1.5 Enrolment Process 

To secure your spot in any course, a completed registration form and payment must be submitted. Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received. 

  1. Deposit Policy

2.1 Deposits for Courses: 

For course bookings, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to reserve your place.  

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Cancellations: 

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancelling any appointment or service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. 

3.2 No-Show Policy: 

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of deposit for course bookings and full payment will be required for any services. 

3.3 Rescheduling: 

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit to secure the new appointment. 

  1. Refunds and Returns

4.1 Service Refunds: 

At Blossom Beautie Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality services. If you are not satisfied, please inform us during your appointment or within 24 hours of the service. Refunds are at the discretion of management and may only be offered in cases of significant dissatisfaction or service errors. 

4.2 Course Refunds: 

Course deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds for the course fee (minus the deposit) may be offered if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. 

4.3 Product Refunds: 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used beauty products. Refunds are only available on unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. 

  1. Changes to Services and Courses

5.1 Price Changes: 

We reserve the right to adjust prices for services and courses without prior notice. However, once an appointment or course is booked and confirmed, the price at the time of booking will be honoured. 

5.2 Service Modifications: 

If changes to the type or duration of your service are required on the day of your appointment, additional charges may apply. These changes will be discussed with you before proceeding. 

5.3 Course Modifications: 

We reserve the right to change the location, date, or time of our courses. If significant changes are made, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund if the new arrangements are not suitable. 

  1. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Health & Safety: 

Clients are required to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect their service or course participation. Blossom Beautie Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions. 

6.2 Code of Conduct: 

We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service without refund. 

6.3 Patch Tests: 

For certain treatments, a patch test may be required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend the patch test may result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund. 

  1. Payment

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 

We accept cash, gift vouchers, bank transfer and Klarna. 

7.2 Payment Timing: 

Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. Course fees must be paid in full by the start of the course, unless otherwise arranged and in writing. 

  1. Liability

8.1 Service Results: 

Results of beauty treatments can vary depending on individual skin types, hair textures, and other factors. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. 

8.2 Damage or Loss: 

Blossom Beautie Academy is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged while on our premises. 

8.3 Course Liability: 

Participants in beauty courses are responsible for their own learning and the application of the techniques taught. Blossom Beautie Academy is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during or after course participation. 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is secure. Any personal information collected during the booking process or course registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Blossom Beautie Academy reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or made available upon request. It is the client’s responsibility to review any updates to these T&Cs.
